• Image of Pop Surreal Original Painting "In Loving Memory"

I love the way the Victorian's mourned their loved ones. The eyes in each corner represent Victorian's who had their loved one's eye painted on a piece of ivory and would wear as a piece of jewelry. The conjoined twins in the center, are funeral mutes. The Victorian's would hire people dressed in black to carry black banners and mourn their deceased.

The piece measures 24 x 17 1/2" wide and the shelf is 5" deep. Hand sculpted out of epoxy and then hand painted in acrylics, the original part of the frame is wood.
